Looking After Our Mates

‘Looking After our Mates’ is a drug and drink drive
information session about responsible drinking, safe driving
and looking after your friends.
The interactive presentation is delivered free to schools and
sporting clubs and runs for 30 or 45 minutes.
Fact: P-platers have more than double the risk of being
involved in a fatal crash.
Strategies: Plan ahead to get there and get home safely.
Speak up with your friends if you feel a driving situation is risky.

Have an arrangement with someone who you can rely on to
give you a lift when you need.
If you’re going to drink, don’t drive – and if you’re going to
drive, don’t drink.
And always look after your mates.
